Lab Terms
Remakes may be accepted subject to certain limitations and when the original restoration is returned to the laboratory.
All restorations include a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only. Normal wear or misuse is excluded.
Standard turnaround time is 5 business days, excluding pickup days and delivery days.
Payment is due no later than 10 days after the statement is delivered.
